The ARTÉ Club is our free rewards program. Members earn points on orders and for actions like following us or writing a review, move up through four tiers, and redeem points for discounts and products.

Yes. Membership is free, and earning or redeeming points never costs anything.

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on eligible orders, counted after discounts and without taxes, shipping, gift cards or returned items. Higher tiers earn more: 1.1 points per $1 at Plus, 1.25 at Pro and 1.5 at Ultra. You also earn points for the actions listed above. Sign in before you check out so the points land in your account.

No. A review earns the same points whatever your rating, positive or negative, and we never hide a review for being negative.

Yes. Add your birthday to your ARTÉ account and you get birthday points every year.

Your tier is based on your lifetime spend with us. You start at Light and move up through Plus, Pro and Ultra. Higher tiers earn more points per dollar, and reaching each one unlocks a one-time reward code: $5 at Plus, $10 at Pro and $20 at Ultra. Pro and Ultra also get early access to new releases.

Points expire after 12 months with no activity. Earning or redeeming any points within that time keeps your whole balance active.

No. Club rewards, from points or from reaching a tier, can’t be combined with other discount codes, so use one or the other at checkout.

During store-wide promotions, club rewards may not combine with the sale price. Any limit shows at checkout.
